RESONATE is a year-long podcasting program — and continuing alliance — for women ready to deliver their message with clarity, consistency, and resonance. It includes everything you need to establish yourself on the podcasting stage through the guidance and expertise of Kimberly Beer.

This is a year-long container for women who are ready to stop circling their message and start speaking with steadiness, intention, and follow-through. It’s time to build a podcast with shape, rhythm, and support — one that doesn’t just launch, but resonates.
This program is in its founding year and is limited to 15 women committed to the art, science and resonance of podcasting.

$500-$650/month
Includes done-for-you basic editing of 2-3 hours audio/video content each month. Price is dependent on show length, frequency, and video requirement. Does not include initial equipment investment or monthly recording platform fee of $29 (or paid annual at $288). Recording platform fees are subject to change.
Requirements to Join RESONATE
RESONATE is designed for women who are serious about building a podcast that lasts. To protect the integrity of the container and the experience for everyone involved, participation requires a few shared commitments.
When you join, you:

Commit to publishing consistently
This may look like a twice-monthly or weekly show. Consistency matters more than volume. -
Participate in the mastermind regularly
Your presence contributes to the strength, wisdom, and momentum of the group. -
Take responsibility for guest outreach
You’ll identify, invite, and coordinate your own guests using the systems provided. -
Invest in basic recording equipment and technology
This includes an initial equipment investment (approximately $500) and ongoing recording tools (approximately $30/month). -
Actively promote your podcast
You’ll share episodes through your existing channels, including social media and email, as part of building a listening relationship over time. -
Engage in building your audience
Growth is approached intentionally and sustainably, not through pressure or performance. -
Commit to one full year of published episodes before evaluating results
Podcasting is a long-arc practice. This container is designed to support that truth. -
Choose one production path
You’ll either:-
Learn and manage your own editing, or
-
Commit to professional done-for-you editing at an established per-minute rate for $2.50-$3/per recorded minute.

- Create a plan to monetize the results of your podcast
Podcasting has both a monetary and energetic expenditure. You agree to formalize and institute a way (or ways) to generate income from your podcast through products, services, donations, advertising, or community/network building.
These commitments exist to create steadiness, trust, and follow-through — so your voice has a real opportunity to develop, deepen, and carry.
If these expectations feel supportive rather than restrictive, RESONATE will likely be a very good fit.
