Voice & Concept Development

creative consulting services

This is where ideas take shape.

Some people come with an idea. Others come with a tangle. Some arrive convinced they have nothing worth saying at all. This is where my work begins.

Story Architecture is the heart of Midnight Productions. It’s the work of helping people find the shape of what they’re trying to express, whether that expression becomes a podcast, a book, a card deck, or something still unnamed. Through guided ideation, problem-solving, and creative direction, I help untangle thoughts, surface what actually matters, and build a clear path forward when the way feels blocked or overwhelming.

This isn’t brainstorming for the sake of noise. It’s listening, asking the right questions, and recognizing patterns others miss. Together, we identify the core idea, the throughline, the format that fits, and the process that will support the work rather than exhaust the creator. Many clients come here stuck. They leave with clarity, momentum, and a map they can trust.

Story Architecture can stand alone or serve as the foundation for podcasting or publishing projects that follow. Either way, this is where creative work stops circling and starts moving.

The Superpower At Your Disposal

Kimberly Beer, Founder of Midnight Productions, Inc. knows a lot about creativity and how to harness it. She is a multidimensional leader who has relied on her own creativity to support her for over 35 years. She is an entrepreneur, a gestaltist, a hypnotherapist, a business consultant, and a wise woman / cyber sorceress.

The Support System

Midnight Productions, Inc. is the mother company of Be More Business (Marketing and Business Design), Live in Synchronicity (Hypnotherapy, Gestalt, and Stress Management), and Kim Beer Photography (Photography and Graphic Design.) All of which come together to support you in your creative endeavors.

Schedule a Connection Call

All work with Midnight Productions begins with a connection call. This is a conversation, not a sales script. It gives us space to explore the idea, understand the scope, and determine what kind of support will serve the project best. Because every story, format, and creator is different, services are custom-designed and priced based on the needs of the work rather than fixed packages. This approach allows us to stay flexible, intentional, and aligned, ensuring each project receives the level of care and attention it actually requires.
